8 months of support to fully implement the leadership lessons you learned in LIAL. 

It’s easy to go home from a program like this with a ton of new ideas, and crash back into regular patterns and old habits. So you make a plan to come back to some of those ideas in a couple / few months… And too often, life gets in the way, and those ideas just keep collecting dust. 

This cohort is your accountability buddy to make sure you get back to those ideas over the next few months, from September through April!

• Monthly Zoom check-ins for group coaching and peer support to help you stay on track
• Twice monthly emails with insights from key parts of the curriculum and reflection questions
• 45-minute individual check-in coaching session with Angela in early 2027 
• Access to a community discussion forum (in Moodle) for peer support
